Earth Hour 2015 is coming up in just 8 days; the countdown is on.

I had created a facebook page specific to Barbados two years ago but have to admit that I have not done much with it. https://www.facebook.com/EarthHourBarbados.

I positively support initiatives such as this but firmly believe that we should try to make an effort every day, not just one day so get turning off those lights and using your power beyond the lights off hour to make change on March 28th and everyday!

Update on Caribbean Innovation Challenge

The Caribbean Innovation Challenge (CIC) has given me the push that I needed to finally start this blog about a new environmental company, Be.Leaf Barbados.

The CIC is a business model competition which, in my opinion stands out from many of the others as it offers consistent support before and after the competition. The many resources offered have helped me greatly thus far.

This blog will be used to update the audience on the progress of  Be.Leaf Barbados in this competition and after as we become a functioning and successful company in Barbados and the region.
